From 1991 to 1994, Scott discovered several of his friends were members of a school-sponsored drama club at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University known as "The Riddle Players." Scott worked backstage during "The Foreigner", on stage for "Equus" and directed "See How They Run."
He has appeared in a dozen Shakespeare productions for the Atlantic Shakespeare Company, Theatre Jacksonville and the Backlight Theatre Project. He has directed "Shakespeare in Orange Park," "Twelve Angry Men," "Murder in Mind" and a few comedies at Orange Park Community Theatre, and dozens of interactive comedy mysteries for the Murder Mystery Players, Inc. from 2000 through 2009.
Scott's film and television credits include "Sudden Terror," "G.I. Jane" directed by Ridley Scott and starring Demi Moore and Viggo Mortensen, "Tigerland" directed by Joel Schumacher and starring Colin Farrell, HBO's "Recount" directed by Jay Roach and starring Kevin Spacey and Laura Dern, "Daniel's Lot" featuring Gary Burghoff, "Rescue Me," Discovery Channel's "The New Detectives", and "America's Most Wanted," was a stand-in for Jimmy Fallon in "The Year of Getting to Know Us" directed by Patrick Sisam, and has written and directed the short film "Save 2 Lives" to raise awareness for the animal rescue organization Mike's Dog House.
