I was mailed a copy of the "Costco Connection," a lifestyle-type magazine that focuses on brands and products in their inventory. Some of the articles are syndicated, while others are staff writers. This month's issue had a brief article called "Ditch the Pitch," based on business consultant Steve Yastrow's latest book of the same name. In this book, he uses fundamentals of improvisation and applies them to a business setting.
